This was a refinance scam where the realitor/lender obtained ownership of our home calling it an equity refinance and the house was suppose to be transfered back to us, which was never done.  Also, I gave them  money to pay the mortgage which they did not pay.  Plus there are documents that are clearly forged with my name gifting away over 100k.  Now the house is in forclosure scheduled to go to public auction 11/26/07.  I\'ve never received any notices of default as the house and mortgage are not in my name.  The only reason I knew about the public aution was I stumbled across it accidently on the internet..  Is there any way to stop or stall the public sale by filing something as to rightful ownership or fraudulent aqusition
